We have established a professional and independent Quality Control Department to implement strict quality management throughout the whole production process. Our quality inspection covers raw steel materials, welding work and painting work. Third-party inspection is always welcome at any stage of production.
1. Raw Steel Material Control
We set strict access standards for all incoming steel materials. All steel products must be accompanied by official mill certificates issued by steel mills, which record mechanical properties and chemical compositions clearly. Upon clients' requests, we can arrange third-party laboratories to conduct sampling tests and issue physical property test reports and chemical composition test reports. We strictly control raw material quality to eliminate unqualified steel from production.
2. Welding Quality Control
Our professional inspectors conduct full-process inspection for every production procedure. We check oxide scale and slag on steel plates after flame cutting, and inspect welding lines for cracks, surface blowholes, undercut, welding height and other defects.
We provide professional non-destructive testing services including Ultrasonic Test (UT) and Magnetic Particle Test (MT) as required. Third-party welding inspection and official test reports are available. All our welders hold valid qualification certificates issued by SGS. Our Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) comply with AS/NZS 1554.1 international standards.
3. Painting Quality Control
The painting quality is controlled based on three key indicators: derusting grade, dry film thickness and painting adhesion.
- Derusting Grade: We adopt professional shot blasting machines to ensure perfect derusting effect and remove rust, oil and oxide scale thoroughly.
- Dry Film Thickness: Professional thickness gauges are used to test dry film thickness piece by piece to meet anti-corrosion requirements.
- Painting Adhesion: Cross cut test is carried out to verify coating adhesion and prevent peeling and falling off.
